Please advise Mont Fleur of your estimated time of arrival. Early or late check-in may be arranged. 

• Rates are per person, per night, sharing.
• Rates are subject to change without further notice.
• Rates are quoted in South African Rand.
• Rates options are Bed & Breakfast or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, dependent on which menu option is selected.
• Single supplement available on request. 

Booking Conditions: 

• 50% deposit is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival.
• Once the deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed.
• If the deposit has not been paid, and the courtesy hold period has expired, the room is not guaranteed. 

Cancellation Policy: 

• Cancelling more than 30 days in advance, there is a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancelling 30 days or less in advance, there is a 100% cancellation fee
• 100% of the total reservation will be charged in cases of: No-Shows; Early departures
• All cancellations must be received in writing 

Child Policy: 

Children of all ages are welcome. Please check with Mont Fleur first before making a booking to confirm Child Rates. Children are the responsibility of the parents at all times.
